SHIPPING POLICY
We at GravityTrading.com feel that fast and reliable
shipping is something that order sellers CANNOT offer. We process all orders to be shipped within 24-48
hours of receipt and payment (excluding Sundays and Holidays). We use USPS First Class/Priority Mail, and
Fedex because they are the most reliable and, often times, the fastest method
of shipping an order.
RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
GravityTrading.com offers our buyers with 100% satisfaction
guaranteed! If, for any reason, you are
not happy with your product, you can return it to us within 15 days for a
refund or an exchange. All returns or
exchanges must be in reasonable NEW condition or we will have to charge a
restocking fee. Your refund will be
processed within 48 business hours of receipt of the item.

begin processing your return/exchange.

Customers who are returning products are responsible for the
shipping and packaging of the products.
If the product comes back damaged or broken, we cannot accept liability for
that and the customer will not receive their refund or exchange.
In the rare instance that we shipped the wrong item to you,
we will pay for the return shipping costs and ship the correct order to you.
